VAT Exempt orders
For customers selecting the VAT exempt price: Paingone is a VAT exempt product when purchased for use on a chronic or disabling condition such as arthritis, osteoarthritis or sciatica, provided you have suffered with the condition for at least 3 months. VAT relief is not available for short term injuries.
VAT Declaration: By selecting the VAT exempt price I declare that I am chronically sick/disabled and that I am receiving a product from this website for my own personal use. I claim that the supply of this unit is eligible for relief from VAT under group 12, schedule 2 of the value added tax act 1994.
Ordering
To order, simply follow the steps given during the checkout procedure. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta credit/debit cards using our secure encrypted server so you can be sure that your information is safe.
When the order process is complete you will be delivered to the order acknowledgement page, which will confirm that your order has been placed. You will also immediately receive an email to confirm your order and inform you of your order number for reference purposes.
Delivery information
Please allow 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. Delivery charges on all online orders for the UK are £3.95. Charges for international delivery of online orders (including Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Man) vary and can take longer for delivery.
Terms and Conditions
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt. To return items, follow the simple instructions on the reverse of the order acknowledgement, which we will send to you.
Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us and so for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service and keeping the postage receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced. In the event that a product you receive is faulty or has been sent to you in error, Tower Health cover the cost of returning of the item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns policy
The returns policy outlined below applies to all products purchased directly from paingone.com only. We offer a 30 day guarantee to refund the full Paingone product cost excluding delivery if it does not meet your satisfaction.
All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 30 days with all original documentation. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is simply unwanted. To raise a returns request please call us on 0800 953 1666.

Warranty
Register your Paingone today and in addition to the 12 months manufacturers warrant you will benefit benefit from a further 12 month replacement cover in case of manufacturing fault. I
f your Paingone develops a fault within 2 years of purchase, simply return the device with a copy of the purchase receipt and a replacement device will be sent to you free of charge. Cover is from the date of receipt and a replacement cannot be given if we believe the malfunction is from misuse.
